Top 3 responsibilities

  • Ensure MT and (Senior) Managers achieve results by coaching, challenging and by delivering subject matter expertise on Process Management, Lean and Agile methodology related subjects
  • Know what it takes to (re-)design business processes that are demonstrably in control and increase customer value
  • Able to act as a sparring partner on all levels of the organization and be proactive in providing the necessary feedback on delicate and complex matters

The Global Service Centre is responsible for the Wholesale back-office activities of the Bank. A dynamic and challenging environment in an international setting where the largest clients of the bank are served under ever increasing scrutiny from regulators. A combined team of more than 450 colleagues, across London, Dublin, and Utrecht in 5 operational disciplines: Corporate Banking Services, Financial Markets Services, Group Banking Services, Operations Control and Services and Syndicated Loans Agency. The teams we work with consist of over 30 nationalities and are very diverse.

Our team works actively together as we are aligning on a new global way of working. In your role we expect you to contribute to this global way of working. It is important that you can easily understand the context the colleagues working abroad and their challenges.

Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? For instance, have a regular meeting with a team manager to challenge the team on their Plan-Do-check-Act cycle on the topics risks, controls and processes, to improve their operational excellence, be in the lead of an improvement project and work together with the Robotics & Automation team to solve a complex problem.

You and your talent

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience Lean Black Belt (certified)
  • Experience with the RiskControlFramework;
  • Experience with Business Process Management
  • Wants to simplify every day
  • Use critical thinking skills to solve unclear problems

  • Have experience with working together with Robotics teams or would like to

This is what we offer you

  • A salary between € 4.068,63 and € 5.811,03 (scale 9) or € 4.848,64 and € 6.926,62 (scale 10) gross per month (scale depending on experience and Black Belt certified).
  • an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40.
